Led development of a web-based toolkit for member sustainability benchmarking with customizable assessment, training, and educational components. Responsible for rollout and implementation of same; and
Supported growth and development of local networks through regular travel to field locations domestically, in Latin America, and the Middle East. Promoted and educated about World Heritage and sustainable tourism at travel industry and conservation events.
